DP Beauty Spot uses the contact details you provide to manage appointments, deliver requested receipts, and help you sign in. Square processes payments; this website does not store full card numbers.

If you opt in to service texts, we may send appointment confirmations, reminders, cancellations, rescheduling updates, requested receipts, waitlist availability alerts, customer service messages and requested sign-in codes or links. Marketing texts, including discounts, coupons, special offers, referral promotions and promotional follow-ups, require a separate optional SMS opt-in during account creation or in My profile. Marketing email is a separate choice. Marketing consent is not a condition of purchase. Giving contact details for a receipt does not enroll you in promotional messages.

We use Resend for email and Telnyx for SMS delivery. DP Beauty Spot does not sell or share consumer mobile information, including phone numbers, SMS opt-in data, and consent records, with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. We may share information with service providers solely to deliver requested messaging services, subject to confidentiality and restrictions on its use.

Private receipt links allow anyone holding the link to view that receipt for 48 hours. Account history requires sign-in. We record changes to marketing preferences, including the time and the consent wording shown when you opt into SMS. You can update preferences in your profile or contact [email protected] for help with your information.

We record the time, source, phone number and consent wording for each new subscription. You receive an enrollment confirmation for each newly selected SMS program. You can use your portal without subscribing.
