DP Beauty Spot appointment policies, pricing, and cancellation terms are displayed during booking. Review them before confirming your appointment.

Service SMS can include appointment confirmations, reminders, cancellations, rescheduling updates, requested receipts, waitlist availability alerts, customer service messages and requested sign-in codes or links. Requested sign-in messages and receipts are sent when you ask for them. Optional marketing texts include discounts, coupons, special offers, referral promotions and promotional follow-ups. These require a separate SMS consent choice during account creation or in My profile; consent to promotional texts is not a condition of purchase.

We send a confirmation for each new SMS program you select. You can use the portal without subscribing.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for assistance. Text START to resume service messages. START does not opt you into marketing; choose marketing texts separately in My profile. You may receive appointment updates without opting into marketing. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

For help, contact [email protected]. Sign-in links and codes are temporary and should not be shared. Receipt links expire after 48 hours; purchases remain in your records. Eligible rewards follow the salon’s current reward rules, and claiming a receipt never duplicates a reward.
